Good-bye to one more head-ache.

The saga of the pissy rental customer has come to an end.

This was the guy who I declined to serve after deciding to change his transaction after the point-of-no-return. He got his way at the cost of my willingness to help him.

Later, he got his account. Only to throw a tantrum about our rental policies. The owner relented, but he was still throwing an attitude.

But finally, he brought back a movie damaged in his care. A final decision was delayed until I'd talked to the owner and he continued to rent in the meantime. When later, he was charged for the damage, he called to complain. Even threatened to come down to the store and beat up the owner, who'd had the misfortune to answer this call.

Sound the death gong. Mr. Pissy-pants' time with our store has come to a definite close. The squeaky wheel may get the grease in some places, but more often than not, it gets replaced by a non-defective part.
